has anyone installed the newer style dashpad...

has anyone installed the newer style dashpad from justdashes.com? it covers the whole top of the dash. and it has the option of having 3 gauges in it. just wondering if anyone installed it cause i want to buy but was wondering if it fit good. thanks, later...

There are a few threads here on that dash. It looks great, but I'd be interested to know exactly how many they have sold at that price. Too steep for me

With there reputation, and the prices they charge, i would tend to think fit and finish is dead on. If you are seriouse on wanting one, even after the sticker shock, call them and ask what there return policy is. The Mopar guys use them a lot, and I have never heard them say anything (other than the price) bad about them.

hmmm yeah with that price thinkin i get my friend to make one for me. figured it be better now cause the windshield isnt in it.

Personally, I thnk the glare would be real bad on the window. That's why the metal upper dash part was painted flat instead of glossy when these were new.

ya know i never knew that they were painted flat. all the ones i see are shiny and i was thinking how bad the glare has to be. i was thinking cover the whole top of the dash not with vinyl but with the same material that is on my seats. the seats are out of a 2003 blazer. so its that new gm charcoal interior color. later...
