Question push rods

Hey there...I have a set of 87 non vortec heads that have the two inner most intake bolt holes at a different angle than the rest. I know I'll have to elongate the holes to fit, but since these are non vortec heads, will I have to do anything with the push rods, or should the stock ones work just fine? The heads have self alligning rockers, but no guide plates. Push rod holes be okay too? These are going on a stock 72 350, with a Wiend manifold, thanks.

stock pushrods work fine. You can also buy a manifold with the 72 degree center holes from edlebrock.
