rear disc brakes
i searched FAQ and didnt see anything, gerat job on the index Krue, saved to faviorts. i have a eaton ho52 in my 71 4x4 project with rusted out backing plates. perfect time to add rear disks since its going to be a tow vehicle anyways anyone done this using salved parts. i'm thing 8 lug 4x4 roters is this the ticket speedway moters has caliper mounting brackets for about $10 each.i would like to use e brake calipers what would be a good doner for thease ? any full size gm? trying to gather info and parts for now cant wait to get back to work on the truck but for now the shop is tied up trying to make a living thanks for any healp on how to do this with out spending a bucket of money with parts i may have laying around

We make complete kits for the HO52 at www.blackbirdscustomtrucks
we have actually sold to several board members. Your going to have your own choice as to what you want to do. We are just an option.. Good luck.

Will chime in here to say I've got one of Blackbird's rear kits installed. A complete bolt-in and took just a few hours. Hey drink!!

I have a pretty complete thread about installing the Blackbird kit in the suspension section. It has alot of pictures etc. Do a search on threads with my name or just browse through the suspension section a page or two back. My truck also has the HO52
