rearend swap

I have a 70 3/4t truck coil sprung with overloads.

I found a Dana 60 rear (leaf sprung) w/ 4:11 gears in it and was wondering whether I could swap it onto my truck. I currently have a Eaton coil sprung rear w/ 4:56 gears.

My big question is, are the holes for the leafs already in the frame or would I have to drill them?

Any help or thoughts appreciated.

Thanks, Chad

Re: rearend swap

I'm not sure about the spring holes but you can convert the dana to fit you current suspension. This link below tells you how.
