Patch panels are available for the common problem areas but you have a fair amount of fabrication to do as well. Anything is possible if you're willing to go through with it. As someone mentioned... check the windshield frame closely.

You can't make it any worse than is is but you can spend a lot of money trying. That's a lot of work. IMO you'd be far better off to find a better tub to start with.
