retrograding

I prefer the look of 67 - 68 grill as I would guess most people do. If i do retrograde my 70 to a 67-68 do I have to get a whole new front clip or do I just need the center grill and can use my fenders?

Re: retrograding

To my memory, the fenders, hood are different on the 67-68, than the 69-72's, they have different slopes and angles, you probably will have to change everything to make it look right.

Re: retrograding

fenders, hood, core support, and grille are needed.

You can reuse your hood hinges and inner fenderwells.

Re: retrograding

yes, almost.....

The hood on the 69 will have an emblem bolted to the front of it, the 72 hood won't. Hood is exact same if you MIG up the little emblem holes.
