WTB: NP 205 Transfer Adapter

I'm gonna do a 4 spd manual trans swap to turbo 350 automatic. I would like to buy a NP 205 Transfer case Adapter for a turbo 350 if anyone has one lying around? Thanks, Mike

Exclamation Re: WTB: NP 205 Transfer Adapter

Mike,
I think you are going to need more than just the TH350 adapter. The manual tranny NP205 had a 10 spline input shaft and the TH350 NP205's had a 27 spline input shaft along with a coupler sleeve. If I'm understanding what you want to do, you will need to change the NP205 input shaft to a 27 spline'r.

I have 27 spline input gear and I think I might have the adapter as well. However I don't have a good sleeve coupler.

I picked up a new coupler - called a "drive sleeve" - for $100 brand new from GM.

The adapters were still available BRAND NEW when I did the swap a few years ago.
