power disc brake conversion
I have a 70 1/2 ton and have a front clip off of a 78 heavy half. What I am wondering is will the disc brakes and power booster work on my 70.

Re: power disc brake conversion
yes on disc brakes if you use the balljoints that fit the 78---you can use the whole 78 saddle under the 70 from the 78 if you have it. The 78 is probably 5 lug. Outer tie rods is an issue if you retain the 70 steering link but it can be overcome. Power booster is not a direct hookup. You will need to use 78 proportioning valve.
