Re: Seat options

10-4. I just like the way it looks more proportioned, and not all off to the right side. I may have to look into that next time I am at the junk yard.

Re: Seat options

I'm a little paranoid about it sometimes. Maybe that it will break.

Aftermarket leather buckets. Be prepared to spend some money though.

Re: Seat options

FYI guys. Vans have a "beef-up" plate with the nut built into it. If it was good enough for vans it ought to be good enough for our trucks.

I've got the time, some resources, gumpers ability, an some money Up here thats all you need.

Seriously though, I'm planning on having my truck a nice driver. Not a showpiece, and not a POS. I would and are going to mod it some, but if it was anything serious like changing out rear-ends and lifting the hell out of it, or shaving off door handles and moving gas tanks, then no, I would not mod it that way. Like you said its very original and in good shape. And I would like to keep it that way.
If it came to putting different wheels and tires on it, maybe a small add-a-leaf lift, or putting on a Holley carb, etc, then yes I would do those types of mods because I would consider those basic truck mods. Putting in a different seat doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Thanks for the seat pics guys.

Re: Seat options

I have some nice original buckets.

I actually can't decide if I want to sell em or fix em.

I have a 92 bench now, but can't find pics. I'll get some pics later.
