Hi All, Thanks for the help! Found both sides!!

Leaving the picture in the post for reference!!
Here is a picture of both the 71 (new one on the left) and the 67 (used on on the right). Note the difference in pattern, and also on each lens is writing that ends with either 71 or 67.

I have one side (cant remember which side) but gave up on trying to find a mate....its NOS, in the box, even though the box is in bad shape. PM me.

I have some used ones, but probably not as nice as you are wanting. Part # is 5959461. Hope this helps ya! Eric

Mine has a circular pattern on the inside and lines on the out.

There's a set on ebay right now, don't know if they are nice enough for what your looking for, they look like they might clean up. Pretty dang cheap too... you can keep your tow hooks

I have 2 of the driver side lenses 461's NOS. Sorry no pass side. PM if you want to puruse this further.......

I got the 67 lenses but they are as yellow as the ones in the pic.
