Need Advise-on Putting In Bucket Seats

Can anyone please help me with some direction --i am putting in a pair of blue leather bucket seats with single arm rests[[i waited my whole life for]] into a 86 chevy suburban-that had a bench seat...

The seats came out of a 98 chevy tahoe and the brackets will not even come close--can anyone send me to a place that has brackets for something like this...

heres the catch--i put in a pair of corbeau bucket seats at the start of my rebuild--but they are hard and uncomfortable in a big way--although they look cool--big deal--but now ihave the corbeau brackets in and they will not hook up either as the seats are electric....

so back to how to find a place that makes these seat brackets conversions---to put 98 tahoe bucket seats into a 86 chevy suburban that had bench seats

thanks for the help in advance

john
aab.....

Any direction or advise would be very very welcome-please....

You could locate brackets for factory buckets in your vintage and fit them to the newer seats. You Suburban looks good in the avatar.Post some pics in the "Here`s mine, let`s see yours" thread.

Re: Need Advise-on Putting In Bucket Seats

It`s right here in this message board, maybe one or two threads after this one.I started it hoping it would be made into a "sticky",since there was none for Suburban pictures. That way, like your pics, they wouldn`t just fade off into neverland. Then,a few months later a moderator started his own for some reason, even though the one I started was still going strong and staying near the top.Go figure.
