to sell or not to sell?

ok guys, (and gals) here's my issue,

I bought a real clean 72 long bed plain jane olive green arizona truck last summer. It had a shi@@ y silver paint over job but also had a new 350 crate motor, new rear end and drives out great. I put on a new 4barrel, intake, headers and exhaust, news rally wheels and tires on. Here's the rub: I bought a different work car and shouldget rid of the truck but nobody wants to give me anything for it. I have almost $4,000.00 in it and it is a great rust free non air, non big block, long box truck. What do you folks think my options should be? I think I should keep the truck for what I have in it. I know you guys are biased but I need advice. Thanks

why must you sell it? if you want spare cash, just keep the truck and save your heart, if you need the cash, sell the truck. quickly getting rid of the truck and not waiting for the right buyer may lead to half the price your truck is worth and that's never good.

Always should have a pick-up. Now paint this pick up you have 4,000 in and drive it or just keep it in case you may need it.

Take a little time and go to a used car lot and see what kind of truck you can buy for what you could likely sell yours for. Most likely you will come to the conclusion that any truck you can buy for the same amount of money wiil have a ton of miles, will need a new motor or tranny soon, needs brakes, shocks, has body rust or bad repairs, etc and would look just like everyone else's truck.
