intermittent wipers on 78 truck
Hey ya'll,
i have regular wipers in my truck (high/low) and i'm wondering whats involved with installing intermittent wipers. thanks for any help |

Get the switch and realay box out of one with delay and it will work ok. Most people will say you have to change the motor but i have done this to about 3 of these trucks and it worked fine

The motor only responds to what it is told, otherwise it just goes round and round. I agree with the switch and the intermittent relay setup.

Just make sure you get the correct on. 77 was the first year for intermittent wipers but they weren't very reliable. Most of them failed prematurely. 78 was a bit different system and the control module is much more reliable.
