Shoulder Seat Belts

What is involved in swapping out the lap belts for the shoulder ones?

Thanks

Re: Shoulder Seat Belts

150 a side!! Is that for the stock belts or the reproductions? What would be a good vehicle to pull them out of?

Re: Shoulder Seat Belts

I've heard that S10 belts work. I think Putter installed some adjustable belts out of a 88-98?
I'm looking for the best fit for factory bucket seats in my 69.

Re: Shoulder Seat Belts

You can get shoulder belts for $90 through Chevy Duty. I think Eastwood's has them for about that same money. There is another place that keeps coming up around here, Julian's, I think. They are less than $100 as well. By all means don't pay more than $100 a side. It is still a pretty pricey project, but who counts the cost of saftey?

Re: Shoulder Seat Belts

I got mine out of an early 90's blazer that had bucket seats. Only paid 15.00.

I have no idea how they fit because they are still in the basement. They look like there should be no problem.

Jason

edit: They are going to be used with 71-72 blazer buckets in a 68 pickup.
