Question Moving? Sell my 67 Panel? What is it worth? Long

OK Look, I will probably take the plunge and move down south to Kentucky.
Had a guy stop at the house last night to inquire about my Panel. Wanted to know if I would sell it. Well, due to my current situation I am willing to consider it. The problem is that I am at that point of no return. I am buried in it, the motor and drive train are "done" I have MOST of the body panels acquired but they need to be put on. I am thinking just having HIM make an offer and go from there.
Here are the specs:
1967 Chevy 1/2 Ton 2wd Panel. Lt. Blue. '91 GM crate 350 4brl. ram horn manifolds, 3 on the tree. New Parts on truck-Battery, Alt., water pump, belts etc., (qty 4)2" lowered springs from classic performance, (4) Doetsch(sp)Tech dropped shocks, carrier bearing, u joints, Class III Receiver Hitch w/ flip down lic. plate kit from Early Classics(big bucks! Spare parts to go with the truck- decent drivers side fender, rockers, used but decent black dash pad, AND a 72 Chevy Suburban Parts Truck that will have your disc brake swap! Decent Doors, 3 SPD Floor Shifter and other misc.

Here is the bad, I NEED REAR QUARTERS! holes big enough to throw a cat through...well maybe not THAT bad but..pretty rough. also the parts Burb would be a donor for a roof section (15"x18"?) due to the stupid sunroof that they installed that leaks badly.
Located in Cedar Rapids, IA

Any opinion what she is worth?

Thanks in Advance,

Wild

The value is in the eye of the beholder. What is it worth to you? That is the question that you should be asking.

personally, i would keep it. you can drag it behind thae U-Haul with a $100 towbar from Wall Mart. I've done it with the GMC from Tx to Ohio, and with the one ton Longhorn from eastern PA to Cen Ohio. Not a single problem. I ahve also used the tow bar about 8 or 9 times other than those two times.
You'll never be happy with the replacement you'll get...IF you can find one.

FINALLY got the HORNIAC...a '70 one ton Longhorn with a Pontiac 350/350 and lots of 'personality'. Check out The Longhorn Webite.
