I'm using a setup off of a 1989 Chevy 1 ton, old body style. Here is a link to info on it.

I used the Tilton system on mine. Its a Hydraulic assisted T.O. Bearing and a master that bolts to the firewall. Havnt driven it yet but it looks cool.

Re: Hydraulic clutch? anybody done it

This would be a great upgrade, as my knee is wearing out from my super stiff clutch pedal.

i'm puttin the T56 in mine. part numbers for the hydraulics necessary are in the link to ls1tech in my signature. you will need the hydraulic actuator and resevoir. you will install this with a custom fabbed bracket to join the rod for the piston to your pedal if i'm understanding correctly. I haven't gotten that far, i'm kinda sitting stagnant on my truck, no time to work on it and waiting on parts to be delivered

Re: Hydraulic clutch? anybody done it

I put a t-56 trans in my truck. I used clutch master cylinder off a 94 S10. I had to extend the rod to bolt to the pedel.

Re: Hydraulic clutch? anybody done it

If the shifter location is too far back, from what I understand you can take the tailshaft off of a T5 out of an S10 and swap it out with the T56 tailshaft. Requires an S10 shifter, but this might be for the better anyway.

Downtown. Near the Zoo, the Capitol Building and the Braves stadium.
