which 71-72 grille...???

I see there are 3 grilles being sold by the vendors... nos, repro or chromed steel... would appreciate any opinions concerning fit, finish and overall experience with the repro or chromed versions, trying to decide which way to go...

thanks...

I/ve neever seen fitment issues with any reprobuction trim. The chromed(or primed)strrl grilles are new, yet.I could tell you about fitment. The chrome could pit, then rust. But,it`s an easy piece to keep up on and shouldn`t be a problem for you unless you spend alot of time at the ocean.

Re: which 71-72 grille...???

thanks for the replies.... my original grille is dent-free but the finish has dulled over the years, and I don't want to go the oven cleaner and polishing route...
However, it lasted about 10 years before starting to get hazy... the chrome one sounds interesting if it fits ok.

Brothers Truck Parts is about an hour drive, might pay to go have a look at the choices and then decide.

thanks again.
