Does this truck belong to a board member in Portland?

I live very close to this truck and spotted it today. Just wondering if this is a board member. Sweet truck, I just wish I had gotten a better picture this morning.

YEA... I JUST LOVE IT WHEN A COMPLETE STRANGER LEANS OVER MY TRUCK TO PUT SOME UNSOLICITED BULLSH!T ON MY WINDSHEILD. I ALWAYS AMAGINE SOMEONE WITH A HUGE RODEO BELT BUCKLE & A CHAIN WALLET WEARING LEVIS WITH RIVETS IN THE CORNER OF THE POCKETS. ANOTHER ON OF MY PET PEEVES IS WHEN AT A SHOW & SHINE SOME IDIOT TAKES MY OPEN WINDOW AS AN INVITATION TO DROP FLIERS FOR OTHER CAR SHOWS OR WHO KNOWS WHAT INSIDE MY TRUCK. LOOK BUT DON'T TOUCH IS A GOOD RULE TO LIVE BY. I'D BE WILLING TO BET THAT ONCE SHIFTY GETS A SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR PAINT JOB HE WILL FEEL THE SAME WAY, BUT UNTIL HE DOES I'LL TREAT HIS TRUCK & ANY OTHER WITH THE SAME RESPECT I EXPECT, NO MATTER IF IT'S A $5000 PAINT JOB OR 38 YEAR OLD ORIGINAL PAINT JOHN
BY THE WAY... NICE TRUCK!!
