I would laugh, but with the tow hook frenzy that is out there right now, I'm not too sure the guy wont sell them. Even though you can get that particular set at Pep Boys for about $5.99.

If the tow hooks that are in the photo are somthing you can purchase at Pep Boys. Does any board member have photos of what the original hooks look like?

You guys see the sheet below? I found a pair of these on a 67 and thought they didn't belong, but did they....
Anybody have more info about them?

Sometimes folks are quick to jump on a seller because of the Ebay reputation before they consider that the seller may have made an honest mistake. Glad to see you here harlyworkr.

I am parting a 67 ½ ton and I have not decided what to do with the 69 4X4 I have. I am keeping the 69 LWB w/30K miles as well as the 70 SWB. I will however not list them on ebay so quickly. LOL

The '70 Jimmy I bought today has chrome hooks on the front. Looks like the truck is pretty original and not molested. But it also has a push bar and receiver hitch on the front so who knows. I though for sure they were aftermarket, until the above thread shows chrome ones. They look like the same shape, but haven't started the teardown process to get pics. Heck only had it for 8 hours and 5 of those were getting it home.
