Re: Will this be a pain to repair?
Looks like mine before repair, it's not terribly hard, just time consuming. You have to make some pieces for the kick panel and supports where needed. I ended up repairing cab mounts and supports, since they were rotted in places. The rockers were good fit, inner rockers okay with mods. Check the seam where the floor meets the firewall carefully, I had to fix alot of that also, the pass side was so bad that the firewall seperated from floor all the way to the top when I removed the rocker. The floor panels were a poor fit overall. there are some pics under bodywork at my page http://home.earthlink.net/~rodnok1/

Re: Will this be a pain to repair?
It all depends on your skills and tools that are available to you. Just take your time and buy all the pieces that you need and yes you will need to modify most of them. It is a good idea to put some temporary bracing in the cab before you cut everything apart. Also check your cab mounts as they will probaly also have dust damage. By bracing things up you will lesson the cab moving or twisting on you (like mentioned above) and cause more work. Here is another link to a 68 but it is still very much alike as far as the work involved. Hope this helps a bit.
