Re: 4x4 factory transfer case stickers

It's pretty much wherever the people at the plant put them. Gloveboxes, In between the visors on the roof even heard on the heater? When I redid my Super I put the sticker on the Glovebox... I think it just looks best on the glovebox and people always ask me what that is. Trevor

Re: 4x4 factory transfer case stickers

Ron Mane aka Mane's Truck Parts has some knowledge in these trucks. I am pretty sure he said he has never seen a Cheyenne Super 4x4 with the sticker from factory, but I thought it would be a cool thing to do and I wouldn't dare stick it to the headliner. I put it where I thought it would look correct... I have seen most in this spot of the glovebox.

Re: 4x4 factory transfer case stickers

What years are your trucks.I am very knowledgeable on these, especially 71/72 and I have never seen one on any 71/72.I have only seen them in some`69s and earlier.Actually,on the only '70 I`ve had(CST Blazer)there wasn`t one.I`ve only had one`69 and it had it on the ceiling. Also,I`ve only seen aftermarket l/o hub stickers.

My 71 cheyenne has no sticker and my 70 plain jane blazer has none. However, my 70 custom has the following...

71blksuper4x4, what does yours read at the bottom of the sticker? I noticed it is different than mine...

Re: 4x4 factory transfer case stickers

In general, 71/72's did not come with the shift pattern sticker. Simple reason: The transfer shift knob had the pattern stamped in it. In prior years it did not. Yes there will be exceptions.

Below is the spicer hub sticker on a 67 4x4 glovebox

Re: 4x4 factory transfer case stickers

Here is where my stickers were originally.

The Rockwell T221 transfer case shifter decal is between the visors - my truck has the rear view mirror attached to the windshield, not the metal part of the cab.

The hub info was on the right side of glove box door.

I'm also including a pic of the No-Spin decal that is below the rear window on the driverside of the cab.
