spindles

can you replace the axle without having to replace the spindle. I got one has quite a grove cut into it and just looking for a cheaper fix, if so anyone know where to buy them??

Not sure what you are askin here. Is the truck 4WD. If not, then there is no spindle on the axle. Attach some pics, it might help.

i guess axle is the wrong word.....but where the bearing rides on the front one of mine the inner bearing went out and did some damage...it never showed untill i took everyting apart to replace the brakes it is a 68 c20 2wd

the shaft is pressed into the spindle on the 2 wds,you just need to replace the complete spindle. good luck.......Crazy longhorn

Yeah if you can get the ball joints out of the spindle without destroying them.

Is it the spindle itself or just the bearing race? You might just need a new bearing/race.
