Storage Box

My 1971 truck was originally equipped w/ a bedside storage box.

I just got the truck back from the paint shop and I'm now looking for the seals to replace between the box door and the bedside. All of the parts places around do not carry anything for this option. Does anyone know where I can get these seals or what I can do to seal the box.

Any information would be appreciated

thanks,

Jim

Re: Storage Box

There are several vendors who are members of this board. Try searching for Tim Christian, GMCPauls, ED@Mothertruckers... Also, check out the banner ads at the top of the page. These vendors support this site, and would appreciate your business in return.

edit: And BTW, Welcome to the board from KY. Where are you located? Lets see some pictures of your truck.

Re: Storage Box

Nice truck.Tell us more about the method of lift.On the weatherstrip,I don`t think it`s made.Try a spongey self adhesive type or what they use in truck tool boxes and utility bodies from a truck body upfitter.
