Cool Truck Picture taken today...

I got home from work today and this is what it looked like out in front of my house today....

I looked out from my porch and saw this and thought, "I have a sickness, I am addicted to trucks......"

Wondering what my neighbors are starting to say about this...
Ah, who cares....

Anyway, thought this was a cool shot of a group of trucks...

What's with the Ranchero? Looks like a Cougar front clip on it (had one just like it in Turd Brown).

Re: Cool Truck Picture taken today...

The red burb is mine.
The white GMC truck on the tailer is RicksTrucks (from Ricks1971).
The yellow truck and the dirty ochra truck belong to a friend.
The green 67 chevy in forground is the guy painting my house.
There is a 67 one ton tow truck in yard in back, sold to a local tow company
And one stripped 67 1/2 truck (cab and frame) mine, going away very soon.

Re: Cool Truck Picture taken today...

Hey John nice pic!! You would not happen to have a 60-66 cab around their I could use for a day or two would you? I pass by every few days for one of my job sites (the new toll plaza on the marteniz side). I need to use a cab for a weekend to mock up for the "Tilt & Flip" cab dolly for the 60-66 guy's. If so please PM me for some details.

Thanks,
Kevin

Re: Cool Truck Picture taken today...

Come and listen to a story about a man named Jed
A poor mountaineer, barely kept his family fed,
Then one day he was shootin at some food,
And up through the ground came a bubblin' crude.

Oil that is, black gold, Texas tea.

Well the first thing you know ol' Jed's a millionaire,
Kinfolk said Jed move away from there
Said Californy is the place you ought to be
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.

Hills, that is.
Swimmin pools, movie stars.

Re: Cool Truck Picture taken today...

There are more pictures of the yellow truck at www.hotrodsbylew.com
Click on References, then click on the 63 GMC page.
Don't have any extra 67 grilles, and don't have any of the pre-67 cabs.

Cochino, we are still on for Saturday, rain or shine (think shine!!)
You have my address? and when you think you would be here?
