Blazer buckets
I found a nice pair of bucket seats and the counsole out of a 79 K5 Blazer. The yard is asking $150 for the set, is this a decent price?
There are a couple of small tears in the driver seat about 1" long. The counsole has some sun fading but very useable. Rest of the interior is in great shape.

If they are the correct color, they will mount in your rig (the mounts changed a few times over the years) and you need them then yes. I sent a good pair to the scrap yard a few years ago (before I knew better) because when I parted it, nobody wanted anything but the dashpad and the tailgate?

Re: Blazer buckets
My truck needs some other parts before seats , has a blue cloth bench in it right now in very bad shape. The yard is in the middle of crushing anything 10 yrs old or older, so I will need to make up my mind shortly.
My truck is almost the twin of yours. Blue interior, no A/C, bench seat, but has power windows and locks.

Re: Blazer buckets
Putting buckets in a truck is a little easier said then done.
You can fab something up if your just trying to get them in, but to do it right can be expensive. Not sure if you know but the floors, and more importantly the brackets, from the Blazer are different from a truck.

Re: Blazer buckets
if you're putting them in a pickup the mounting is totally different. there are extra brackets welded to the cab floor that are bucket seat specific. when i find a pickup with buckets i cut out the floor pieces, otherwise it makes a lot of work for whoever buys them. the price isn't out of line if you can fabricate the mounting pieces yourself.
