Drop in bedliner out of 71 LWB, N. TX

Also has tailgate protector, but I forgot to take a picture of it since it was in the shop. Bedliner also protects top of bed.
$50, pick up only.

I am interested in it. Can you hold it til I can get down there, should be before the end of the month? Any holes? History - don't need it any more?

Re: Drop in bedliner out of 71 LWB, N. TX

No problem. I haven't looked at it very close. I don't think it has any holes in it. It was in my 71 LWB when I got it. I am cutting the bed down to a short and don't need the liner. I still have the front section to cut and weld on my bed. If it comes out as good as the rear section, I will also have the short step for sale that I have been holding onto as a "backup" incase the cutting of my bed didn't work. Looks like it's going to work out just fine, so I won't be needing the bed. The step bed has NO floor. Both fenders have rust holes but have been primered. They were on a parts truck I got for the frame. The frame was bent beyond repair, but I kept the bed just in case. It needs work.

Let me know after you look over the liner. May also be interested in the stepside bed. Send pics to rlcrockett@aol.com whenever you get a chance, no hurry.

Re: Drop in bedliner out of 71 LWB, N. TX

Do you happen to have a decent 67-68 front clip? I have a really nice 70 clip on mine but want the 67-68. Preferably 67 since I will be filling the marker lights on the bed. I would rather trade for the stuff I need. Let me know. I'll get pics if the sun comes out today.

I may have an extra grill (driver) and possible a core support. Have a few fenders, but will have to look through them - trying to keep an extra clip for my son's 68 short step - he will be driving soon and want to be prepared.

Looks like it hase a couple of "impact" holes at the front down low. Looks like a hard brake caused whatever was in the back to slide forward and pop the holes in it.
