Question quick question

OK I need to replace my front fenders, I plan on filling trim holes anyway but, say a '68 model, has fewer holes than my '71. So, will '68 fenders fit on my '71, if so will my '71 hood fit on a pair of '68 fenders?
Thanks,
KuZy

Re: quick question

correct me if i'm mistaken but i believe that the 68 fenders will work but you have to change the whole clip ie fenders hoo grill etc

Re: quick question

Like CPNEJR sdtated the 71 hood will not work (easily) with the 68 fenders. If you are buying replacemetns, the don't have any holes in them. 69-72 for used is wheat you want and just look for a model without side trim, if you have that option.

Re: quick question

the 68 fenders are not a replacement for 71 fenders on a chevy. The front edge is different.
