Hello from Las Cruces, NM
I am new to the board (been a long time lurker) so I thought I would post a hello to everyone.
Let me tell you about my truck. I inherited a 1971 Chevy C10 from my Father-in-Law. The truck had belonged to his Father-in-Law. The motor was shot, so my Father-in-Law bought a crate motor from the local Chevy house and put into the truck. He gave it to me for Father's Day last year. Now I know that most people don't care for their In-Laws, but mine are pretty cool. The truck is in great condition. It was being housed in a warehouse for the last 10-15 years. I am slowly working on getting the exterior and interior looking better. I am not looking to make this a show quality truck, but I want it to look nice and still be a "truck." Thanks and this is a great board! -daniel Last edited by danilope28; 03-09-2006 at 06:11 PM. |

Re: Hello from Las Cruces, NM
The first think I would do is get rid of those mud flaps. MO Looks like a really nice truck.

Re: Hello from Las Cruces, NM
Thanks for all the Welcomes!
Any other suggestions on what I should do to the truck. Kind of a "do this before you do that" list. Thanks again... -daniel |
