overflow bottle

i have 2 overflow bottles, not sure where they came from, either the 77 or 72 i have. i have no idea how it'll work, i've placed it everywhere and can't find a home for it. what can i do with what i got?

I'd say off the '77 (looks very close to my '78). Mounts low between the battery and radiator.

well thats just super duper... all that's in the books is a hose running to the ground and i'm not doing that. i ran the hose to the driver side so i could run it into a half gallon gas can and let it drain out the vent but i want something i can bolt on and look good without spending ANY money. i have a washer bottle that isn't being used but 3-4 pints seems too little.

I think they were a dealer installed item , mine is between the battery and the fender .

I think it was pickmup that was offering an overflow kit. It was a washer bottle with bracket and a lid. It uses a different lid then the washer lid. I got mine from him. Haven't installed it yet though.
