If you decide on por-15, I'd definitely use their website, much better selection. When I bought mine, the local parts place basically told me to decide what I needed by looking at the website, and then they would order it for me. This warehouse to that warehouse, etc. It was easier to order online and shipping wasn't that much.

I'm a POR man. I use all of their stuff from engine paint to gas tank sealer kit.

POR controls the price. By their policy, no POR vendor can sell below a certain price. I learned this first hand from a POR dealer who tried to offer an internet discount on POR products. POR informed him to cease and desist or he'd lose his dealership privleges.
