Stock or resto-rod, trim. Full on custom, no trim. Year doesn't matter.

I'm building a daily driver, not a show truck, so I'll most likely go with trim on the bottom and pinstripe on the top. I would do a show truck differently but besides a mild drop and shortened frame, this will be somewhat stock.

No trim at all. After awhile it will sag down and become misaligned, and if your going to use your 4x4 as a 4x4, then no doubt your trim will become out of place.

Here's a pic of my stock height '71 4x4. Came with the lower trim but after looking at trying to find affordable upper and lower trim decent enough to go with new paint I decided to remove the trim completly. Consider it a daily drivr except for the gas mileage.

I am going with no trim on mine. When I stripped off the trim I found lots of rust hiding behind it.

2 tone, trim it. Otherwise, no trim. I am removing all the trim from my Blazer and I had NOS pieces to put back on it.
