Center Consoles
Did any original center consoles come with the cup holder instead of the seat belt holder?

Re: Center Consoles
The 73 to 87 model (Truck/Blazer/Burb) consoles had the cup holder. That is the style I'm using in my 70.

Re: Center Consoles
Mine came from a 73-78 blazer. It is the belt holder style.

Re: Center Consoles
The cup holder started in 76 or so when the 3 point seat belt became manditory.
I am running, and prefer, the cup holder one in my truck too. For the seat belts, I located some seat belt holders from an older chevy van, they are flexable plastic and mount to the base of the van seat... I poked a hole in them and mounted them on the side of the console where there's already a screw going through holding the top and bottom together. |
