Re: 95 Oil cooling lines

Not sure on your year, but on my 93 Chevy with the 454, the lines come out of the oil filter adapter. You can go to a salvage yard and find one that does not have the lines. The adapter will not have spots for the lines. Or you can pull the line and put a plug in there.

I am curious on where you got your lines from. My truck is missing them and I actually want them back. It is a 1 ton dually that tows 20,000 and more pounds. I like to keep things as cool as I can.

Re: 95 Oil cooling lines

my lines rotted out(not to mention all the mickey mouse compression fitings installed by past owners) couldnt find an adapter w/o lines at any scrap yards so i took the lines off and put two plugs in the holes, i havent had any problems, i think you can by new adapters somewhere but at the time it was just easier to put plugs in

Re: 95 Oil cooling lines

I took my adapter off my 98 and used an older model oil filter mount
