Re: Convertable truck on Ebay

IMO, the owner ran the red/white split into the ground. Two-tone yes, but that thing is almost striped. I could do without the Heartbeat on the fenders(inner and outer).

Re: Convertable truck on Ebay

Would be nice if it was a short step. I love the short stepper with the roof cut off.

Re: Convertable truck on Ebay

I think they did an amazing job in the conversion. I like the fact that they built it so that the hardtop can still be put back on and the truck body looks stock.

OTOH, I don't care for the paint job. A more traditional red/white would have been better. Like other people have said, it looks like a candy cane.

Re: Convertable truck on Ebay

I like convertibles, that's why I got me a blazer

That vinyl covering where they made the cuts does look tacky IMO, if it had been done some other way it would look better, different people, different strokes I guess.

Overdone on the red`n`white thing.Somehow, there will always be those who go overboard on the red`n`white.I think it`s a candy cane fetish.Longbed and visor on topof the red`n`whiteness, just plain gay.Cool idea, not the way I`d go about it,that`s fer shur.

Re: Convertable truck on Ebay

I know international made one of these stock...I'm not too impressed with the way he did the two tone on this one. Would look better as a short step. Here is a pic of a stock International pickup convertible.
