I started the rust repair on the blazer. I found more than I was expecting, but thats usually the way it works out. Its not anything that cant be fixed, just more than I was wanting to fix . Anyway I got it all cut out and the new patches made and some of them welded in. I am going to coat the inside of the rocker box with POR15 before welding in the new inner rocker. I hope to have the passenger side finished up this week so I can start on the drivers side this coming weekend.

I got mine back from the body shop on Thursday.
I changed its oil, changed plugs, retimed it & adjusted idle mixers. Runnin great again. Spent Sunday, cleaning the mess the body shop left me under the hood. Looks good again. also polished up all that new stainless in the bed. Still need to pull the back wheels & brake drums off so I can paint the drums, repaint the grill, install new battery box & buy a new battery. First cruise is this coming Saturday. John
