1998 3500 Stalling

I have a 1998 GMC 3500 4x4 with a 454 and the 5 speed transmission. The truck will stall when we drive it. Starts right back up, drive a mile, stall again. It always starts right back up, and seems to be a problem when the truck is hot. The last time to get home we ran it with the heater on and it seemed to be better. Any suggestions? Fuel delivery problem, overheating problem?

Thanks in advance for the help.
