Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
Would you trade 72 bbc motor stands for the alt.brackets and pulleys?

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
PICKMUP,
By Chance do you have the Bracket that goes from the A/C unit, routes across the valve cover then connects to the manifold? Respectfully

LH70GMC: Sorry, I never have those extra. They always go into full sets...and I am now out of those too.

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
I would like the alternator brackets but before purchasing I would like to see a picture of the upper bracket at the top mounting location. Mine has been cut off and the intake manifold boss is different from the ones I am used to seeing. My intake manifold is original.

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
stope4: Here is the correct original alt bracket. Notice it appears to be cut and welded...GM did that! I have three or four of these, that are all done the same.
You may see I have one other one that is different. On one of them the manifold bolt goes front to rear...on the other the bolt goes down into the manifold. Your choice. You can PM me on payment instructions. |

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
I'll have to check mine and see if the weld broke. I think I have a second unused lower bracket. Would you be willing to trade a lower for an upper?

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
I am not interested in trading brackets for more brackets, but I will sell you either set you like.

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
I sent you a PM. I will need the upper bracket that bolts down into the intake manifold.

Re: BB Brackets & Pulleys-FS
My intake manifold, which is original, does not have a boss to bolt the bracket front to rear into the manifold. The intake manifold on my camaro (original intake) has a boss for that bracket to bolt front to rear. Could that version be for a car?
