Hi guys,
Looks like I'm playing major catch up with the other two. Anyway, I am currently dissassembling the step side bed and I am stuck. I got all of the bed bolts off and trying to get the rear cross sill off from the side of the bed box. I don't see what's holding it together except for a weld towards the bottom that connects the rear bed pillar to the rear cross sill. How do I take it apart? Do I need to grind this weld? Am I missing a bolt somewhere? FYI, the front bed panel is already off and the box sides are ready to come off except for the rear. Thanks in advance. jay

Take a cut-off wheel to the weld and you will be done thats all thats still holding it in place.

If you look, from the bottom side, you will also see a bolt up inside the rear stake pocket. It also bolts to the rear cross brace.....its an easy one to miss because of how well it is hidden.
