Re: just back from charlotte

I too met Tim Today. Very nice guy. I am glad I went today, it looked like by 5 o'clock 1/4 of the vendors were heading home. I spent about $900 (split up from about 5 vendors). I bought a "driving light" front bumper, rear step bumper, all bolts and brackets, all the "brightwork" for a 67 grill and headlight buckets, mirrors, door handles, speaker kick panels, turn signal bezels, and oh yeah, a brand new stepside tailgate for $150 WITH the "chevrolet" lettering! Who ever said repop tailgates aren't as heavy as an original never had to carry one 2 miles back to their truck! I think I walked 20 miles today.

The swap meet area was definately biased towards 67-72 chevy trucks, 67-69 camaros, and 55-57 chevy cars.
