if that was for a 68 chevelle it would be going for 800 to 1000 bucks
I bet it has to be worth a bunch more than it is going for there
a tach in one of those trucks is fairly rare isn't it

It isn't the right tach. Someone took and tach out of something else and put it in it. There is a common mod from the mid-70's camaros, I think I've seen a thread about how to do the mod...

I don't believe it's stock for anything, looks like an aftermarket that been taken out of the housing.

Looks somewhat like the 60-66 tach as sold by ECE and others. Just a thought. For $36.00 it might have been worth a chance.
