So many different kinds, what kind fits these trucks with a small block? Probably should post this in the Engine/Drivetrain forum, but this is specific to the 67-72 and that's a slow moving forum

Pics and/or links to Summit or wheverever you got it would be great.

I am using the factory pan that came from an early 70's medium duty truck.

It's not really specific to 67-72 trucks... SBC's usually use the same oil pans regardless of chassis it's in(there are couple exceptions, really only choice is drivers side or pass side dipstick). I use a 7 qt. Moroso pan on my '64, you don't have any clearance issues on trucks usually. Clutch linkage is higher than pan, exhaust usually not under/near pan, etc.

Sweet, that answers all my questions! Well, except one. Those pans dont' already have bungs welded near the top for turbo oil returns do they?

Mmm...can't wait to really start getting dirty now. Payte swap meet coming up end of month. Woot!
