what can you expect

what can someone expect to spend on a good rust free cab, doors for 67-72.
I have located a few with prices anywhere from 500 that needs some work to 1500 that is very good with doors.

You also need to look at geography. In the south and southwest rust free cabs are easier to find.If you are looking for one in Ohio you are probably find fewer than looking in Arizona. The price will reflect the availability.

I agree with PanelDeland,Geography counts, doors probably run 250-500.Look on ebay, here ,and sites that buy from the south.I will get a link of one and post it later.Or you can by reproduction doors and repair panels for what you have.

Buy the best that you could afford. It will save you immensely in the long run for bodywork and time.

Re: what can you expect

I just picked up a rust free cab with doors, original AZ, from sakohntr in MN. Paid $800. Needs a little minor bodywork and doors had speaker holes in them, didn't care. You can't find rust free anything around here unless its new. I thought it was a great deal. I priced out all the repair panels I needed, $300. Nobody would do the work for $500.!
