Taper spark plugs??

Anyone know how to keep these tappered seat spark plugs tight in thier hole? Im used to having a washer. These taper plugs seem to get loose. One of chevys F**k ups.

I've never had a problem with plugs coming loose. By the way Ford and Dodge also have that same design plug.

What heads are you using ? Sounds like a taper seat plug in an older head that takes the plug with a crush washer . Frank
