heat question

My fuel hose and heater hose touch, they are both braided so I think a lot of heat is being transfered from my heater hose. I am planing on rerouting my fuel hose but will be a few months before I have the time. Question is is there something I can insert in between them to help it not transfer so much heat to fuel hose?

Re: heat question

Use a strip of metal shaped so [ and two hose clamps. One on each end.You may need more than one depending on how far they run together.

Re: heat question

Slit a section of old heater hose and slip it over the line.
