ok....glovebox sticker says that the original tire size was H78-15.
It's a '72 LWB 2wd half ton. Thanks for the links but I couldn't find anything on a "H" series tire. I would think that a 28.9"(255/70SR15) front and a 30.8"(285/70SR15) rear should work pretty well....? I'm gunna be putting them on 15x7 truck rallys. Those are the widest that I could find to fit on that wheel and still stay close to the stock diameter. [This message has been edited by 1972c10_ohio (edited April 26, 2002).]
