Can't find anyone to do my cab work in Michigan!
I am looking for someone to do the rocker, cab corners, floors and cab supports on my cab. I called a few places, but they all said they don't do rust work. Is it that hard to find a good bodyshop to do this. Can anyone help? I would do it myself but I can't weld to save my life!
thanks jmanz69 |

That's great, you want to move up here and do mine? You can find lots of rust to fix up here.

It's getting hard to find a body shop that will do custom work anywhere. They make their money on insurance repairs and really don't fool with custom stuff. Try checking your local high school or tech school and see if they offer any classes on welding. You might be better off, cause you might take it somewhere and it could end up in body shop hell. Good luck and give the classes a try.
