Thumbs up FS: Steering wheelssss

$20 each plus shipping. Reply in thread for dibs
Both "Chevrolet" and Firebird wheels come with wire connector with spring attached to horn button. I'm going to need some time to find good boxes for these. Any suggestions. Shipping may be a little high because of the weight.

Fancy w/ red Chevrolet lettering. Has a small burn about 1/4" on upper right spoke (in picture) otherwise it is clean and solid.

Plain w/ white Chevrolet lettering. Clean and solid. SOLD

Firebird wheel is dark grey in color SOLD

One for the GMC people. Clean and also comes with the wire clip with spring on the horn button. (SOLD)

Re: FS: Steering wheelssss

The chevette horn cap should be the same style(mounting) as the 4 spoke you have w/o a horn cap.

Re: FS: Steering wheelssss

Duece, I think you're correct. I just popped the horn cap off and layed it against the 4 spoke and it looks at home on it, texture and all. It needs the horn assembly to stay on, though, but looks like I could remove and transfer the horn assembly and it will work. Do you know how easy it is to make the horn work putting the chevette wheel on a 72 truck. I kinda like the way it provides plenty of visiblility for the guages and is not huge like the truck wheel.

tnblazer, I see pics.

edit: Removed chevette and horn-button-less wheels from thread
added: close-up of horn buttons to first post

Re: FS: Steering wheelssss

Jeff...I used zip code 98310 for Bremerton. Fedex ground 5 days is $8.50
You want the wheel with the white "Chevrolet" lettering right (3rd and 4th pictures)?

ScottH...The outside diameter of the wheel is 14.5" ; Fedex ground is $10.00

By the way, the connector wire with spring and plastic thing on it, is similar or identical with the Chevy and GMC horncaps, FWIW

"wanted" ...the red lettering "GMC" is still availabe. PM me your mailing address and I'll get you a shipping quote and payment options. I have found Fedex to be the most reasonable for the other two wheels I shipped. To Duluth, MN is about $9.00.

Anyone want the red lettering "Chevrolet" wheel?
