Warn Premiums:Need Help
A guy put Warn Premiun L/O hubs on my Suburban a while back and said he had a little trouble figuring out how they went together. The first time I went to use 4wd I heard a bang and there is no engagement, the knob didn`t want to turn.I have itapaert and so far nothing looks broken.Although, the knob is still stubborn, even off the truck.
Here`s the help I need.I have no paperwork/instructions and don`t know how it should go together.Does anyone have this to scan?An exploded view would be ideal. Is there a place I can view this info?Like I said,I didn`t put it together,so I`m lost. And,the mechanic admitted he had trouble. So,I won`t go by what he`s done.

Re: Warn Premiums:Need Help
I got back to this last night and figured it out right quick. The knuckleheads had the coil spring installed between the cap and the engagement cog(?).I put the spring in first to give outward pressure for the "free-wheeling" position. The cap already has springs to push it in for engagement for the "lock" position. It needed a bit of cleaning/lubing,too.
