Exclamation WTB parts to finish project!

Just finishing for parts before turning to a vendor. I need the following:

Right front fender for 72
Rear cross sill (wood bed)
Front bed panel(wood bed)
Wheel housings
P/S remote resevoir for big block

Also need the spring that is in the automatic Column (tilt) for the gear shift
Lost mine somewhere along the line. Does anyone know if this is the same spring as in the non-tilt column?

Thanks Allen.

I may have the spring/s for the auto tilt, if you or someone can post a pic of this thing.

Greenhorn, I don't have a picture. All I have is a distant memory of what it looked like before I lost it. Maybe someone else can come up with a picture.

Al, tell me if this is the spring. All the other little parts are also off a tilt.

Re: WTB parts to finish project!

Greenhorn, I believe that is the tilt spring, that one I have. The one I am missing is for the gear shift and is much smaller.

71SWBCHEVY, the panel would be for a fleet side.

Re: WTB parts to finish project!

Hey Guys, Let me try to describe this spring a little better. It is the one that goes with the gear shift (selector lever). It is located under the very end of the lever where it extends into the column. When you pull the gear shift toward you to release it (shift) you are pulling against this spring.

Re: WTB parts to finish project!

Yes Allen, that is the one I can ship to your door for $6.50. 5/16 diameter by 7/8 long. It goes under the shift lever to provide tension putting the lever into the detent gate to prevent slipping out of Park and reverse without pulling on the lever.

Let me know - Bob
