87 pass side door non power in NC

I have a drivers quality passenger side door with a small amount of rust in the bottom edge, see pix.
It has tinted glass . no power or door panel, good shape with no speaker cut out, vent window work well. if both doors don't go together I will give buyer a copy of door key
